This will appear as the official presenter of the program. Please ensure correct trading name of organisation, studio, university etc. is entered.
If your application is accepted into the Melbourne Design Week program, you will be welcome to create separate Presenter Profiles for each presenter.

Applications close: 12pm Friday, 13 November 2026
Applicants notified of outcome: From Monday, 7 December 2026
Presenter fees due: Tuesday, 22 December 2026
Final event website information required from Presenters: Wednesday, 3 March 2027
Melbourne Design Week (MDW): 20-30 May 2027
Presenter Fees 2027
From 2027, a Presenter fee will apply. The fee contributes to a dedicated listing on the MDW website and branded MDW physical signage and collateral for each Presenter.
There is no fee to apply to MDW 2027.
Successful applicants will be notified in December 2026 and will then be required to pay the applicable Presenter fee. The fee must be paid by 22 December 2026. Once paid, Presenters will be issued a login which provides access to the MDW website, where Presenters can create and publish their event listing.
2027 Presenter fee structure
Single-day (event / talk / workshop): $120
Multi-day (event / talk / workshop): $300
Exhibition: $400
Commercial brand or showroom: $800
