Submit your product for the NGV design store MDW pop-up

As part of Melbourne Design Week 2027, the NGV Australia design store at Federation Square will present a curated pop-up celebrating Australian design, creativity and craftsmanship.

For the pop-up, the NGV retail team are seeking proposals for distinctive, well-made, design-led products with recommended retail prices (RRP) under $300.

Submissions for consideration are now open.

Please email a single PDF or Word document to [email protected] including:

• A brief introduction to your brand, design practice, or business
• Images/drawings of the product you would like to stock in the pop-up
• A short product description including dimensions
• Information on design, fabrication, materiality, and sustainability
• Wholesale prices excluding GST
• Minimum order quantities
• Stock availability and/or production timelines
• Current stockists
• Contact details, website and/or preferred social media links

Please submit the above by 30th November 2026

Please note, the NGV Design Store does not accept physical samples unless requested.

The NGV design store also welcomes other product ideas outside of the $300 RRP brief for the design week popup that may be considered for the NGV Design Store’s broader range throughout the year. These products should be submitted to [email protected].
