Have you considered how intentional design can enhance the potential, retention, and support of healthcare staff, all while prioritising the wellbeing of both staff and patients?

Join Gray Puksand for their event Happy Building, Happy Staff, Happy Patients for an informal evening of insightful discussion.

Conversations led by experts Quentin Seik, Allison Lamb, Amanda Wilson, Kristiina Siiankoski, and Alison Smith will explore how deliberate design can create a sense of calmness and shift away from the clinical and sterile ambiance often associated with healthcare settings, and challenge participants to reconsider where we work and the fundamental purpose and physical expression of healthcare spaces.

Participants are invited to examine the interconnectedness of healthcare infrastructure, staff wellbeing, and patient experience, and to ponder: how do thoughtful design choices in healthcare settings foster environments where staff thrive and patients receive exceptional care?
