Fabric evokes feelings of comfort and home. We luxuriate in it on a sofa or in bed or on our skin. Like curtains around a room, it can close an area off and make the space feel more intimate. FABRIC explores the way fabric makes us feel and the feelings it evokes through combining Zachary Frankel’s design and craftsmanship with Ben Mooney’s talents in art direction and curating. The exhibition reflects on their deep interest in combining historic and contemporary styles. The exhibition is held over multiple rooms at Ma House Supply Store, with each room having a different theme. It is an immersive experience for the audience who will be able to experience the show through different senses by focusing on fabric and ways it can be represented.
