Panel discussion: hosted by Unios

An interior for pause, gathering and collective presence.

Set within an empty warehouse, this project temporarily reactivates a dormant interior suspended between its past life and what comes next. Once defined by function rather than presence, the building is reintroduced as a space for collective memory.

The warehouse is returned to the public and a softer spatial condition emerges. Like a tent lightly placed in the landscape, the intervention forms a threshold between the scale of the city and the scale of the body. The installation reflects architecture’s most fundamental role: creating moments of refuge within the vastness of the city.

Through subtle cues of light, sound and atmosphere, the space hosts informal talks, music and conversations, alongside quieter moments for reflection – inviting visitors to experience the building as a temporary place of shelter and shared presence.

Talk series hosted by PROCESS, an independent monthly talk series on architecture and design. Featuring: Millie Cattlin & Joseph Norster, Lauren Garner and Peter Brew.
