Session 5: Designing for user experience

Brunswick based medical manufacturer, Nutromics, is inviting the public to learn and experience the design and development of a cutting-edge wearable sensor.

Visitors will have the chance to attend five talks led by Nicholas Hogan (Senior Validation Engineer), Kyle May (Design Engineer), and Natalie Cierpisz (Associate Scientist) of the studios’ Engineering and Science teams, and see the groundbreaking work they have undertaken in wearable DNA-sensor technology.

This event is part of BDD Open Studios: Design Behind Closed Doors where visitors are invited to step behind normally closed studio doors across two days of discovery: celebrating local creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation. See more information here.

BDD (Brunswick Design District) is a creative precinct supporting businesses, start-ups, designers, artists, makers, musicians, venues and education providers.
