Expanding the idea of human collaboration in both method and means of production, the conveyor symbolises a mode of thinking and making—by hand and machine.

Various Forms of Production is an installation by design and technology practice More Studio and Australian furniture designer Remington Matters. Exploring the dynamic tension between craft and industry, a handmade conveyor measuring 3.5 metres in diameter will circulate a series of furniture prototypes and artefacts supported by an immersive soundscape that transports audiences into an active workshop environment. Various Forms of Production is a collaboration symbolic of both studios’ process, method and means, a moving showcase signifying the push and pull between human creativity and mechanised production.
