Sculpture Co. + Fundere opens its studios to visitors for a rare opportunity to receive a behind the scenes insight into the fabrication of public art and sculpture production at their expansive facility in Sunshine. Participants will have a guided tour of the facilities including the bronze foundry, and lost wax studio. There will be a live bronze pour, and opportunities to speak to the sculpture technicians about various approaches and techniques involved in the art fabrication process. The team at Sculpture Co. will offer valuable insights into working with an art fabricator and the many intricacies around producing large scale public art and sculpture projects.

The Sculpture Co. open studio is a one day event, held over 3 sessions. Numbers are limited.

With a sculpture career spanning over 20 years, Sculpture Co. Director Jason Waterhouse has an intimate knowledge of the processes and expectations when delivering a creative project. As director of the gallery Stockroom Kyneton with his partner Magali Gentric, Jason has a wealth of experience in the art world, delivering public art projects nationwide.
