Yiaga opened in October 2025 to great acclaim from both the design and culinary worlds. This is a rare opportunity to dine at Yiaga, with insights into the design and collaborations by architect John Wardle and executive chef Hugh Allen.
The ever-evolving menu and beverage program celebrate Australia through its farmers, fishers, growers, makers, artists and creative collaborators. The restaurant seats forty-four people for an elevated dining experience. The open kitchen is a key focus of the earthy-toned interiors.
Set within the heritage gardens, the restaurant is crafted almost entirely from Australian materials, drawing on local traditions of making and craft. Yiaga invites guests to dine beneath the century-old elm trees of the Gardens for a special evening celebrating Australian design and cuisine.
This dinner is pre-paid and is priced at $320 per head for the food component. Beverages can be purchased on the day.
