Jardan presents the short film Interwoven: Motions of Passage

This event presents a special screening of Interwoven: Motions of Passage, an intimate film exploring the making behind each piece from Jardan’s latest rug collection. Shot on location in Varanasi, India, the film captures the rhythm, precision and hands that bring each rug to life, where the city’s vibrant culture, centuries-old traditions and rituals are woven into every stage of the process. Through this lens, the film explores the intricate journey from design to creation, revealing the dedication, skill and artistry at every step.

Creative Director Renee Garnham, Design Manager Elle Stephenson and cinematographer Tavis Pinnington will discuss the journey and the collaborative process, reflecting on the stories interwoven throughout the collection and offering insight into the craft behind each piece. The event also includes the opportunity to explore the new rugs in store, experiencing the textures, patterns and craftsmanship firsthand.
