Online marketplaces and rapid manufacturing have fundamentally changed the consumer landscape. For creators, it has never been easier to be ripped-off. Intellectual property (IP) protection can give transformative design a competitive edge.

In this interactive workshop for design innovators, brand protection experts from Griffith Hack will guide participants through:

• available modes of IP protection
• key strategic considerations, both in the development stage and as their creative enterprise grows
• how to “dupe-proof” their business.

This isn’t a boring IP101 – this is about practical tools and strategies for the real world of taking your ideas to market. Your brand is a multi-faceted IP masterpiece, and you should be able to make the most of it.
