BLEND is NOMI’s first Melbourne installation, curated by Tom Mark Henry Studio. The installation introduces new pieces from the Blend Collection, developed for this presentation. Stainless steel screens and mesh partitions reinterpret architectural dividers as contemporary thresholds, separating and connecting space. Marble, steel and oak are used with clarity and restraint. The project highlights the structural discipline and material focus that define the NOMI brand.

NOMI
NOMI was established in 2013 by Henry Gresson in Surry Hills, Sydney, with a mission to create an innovative and flexible design system that allows users to customise furniture online. This vision remains central to NOMI’s operations today. The initial collection was designed by Sydney-based architect and designer Tomek Archer, setting the foundation for NOMI’s commitment to collaborating with designers worldwide. In 2020, NOMI expanded its creative horizons by introducing in-house product designs. Throughout its evolution, NOMI has consistently focused on marrying traditional craftsmanship with original design and innovation, offering customisable, high-quality furniture that complements the agile nature of modern life.
