Designing Out Waste: Launching the De-fit Guidelines for Commercial Fitouts

The Melbourne/Naarm launch of the De-fit Guidelines for Commercial Fitouts, an open-source toolkit for adaptive, circular design projects.

The evening begins with a presentation outlining the guide’s methods and Australian case studies. This is followed by a panel discussion with designers, developers and material-recovery specialists discussing procurement, remanufacture and practical implementation. Attendees are introduced to the De-fit Kit, hear guidance, participate in a panel Q&A and meet BVN De-fit authors and other industry guests.
