100 CHAIRS features the work of over 100 Australian creatives, studios, artists, architects and practices exploring the chair as a medium. The exhibition provides a platform for creatives at all career levels to present work collectively. All chairs have been designed and made in Australia.

Friends & Associates is an ongoing process-based project initiated by Dale Hardiman and Tom Skeehan in 2017.100 CHAIRS is Friends & Associates fourteenth exhibition. Previous exhibitions include 100 LIGHTS, Self-Portrait, Souvenir, Welcome to Wasteland, A.G.M., Life & Death and A World We Don’t Want.Over the past nine years, Friends & Associates has worked with hundreds of creative practitioners including Adam Goodrum, Kerstin Thompson Architects, Breathe Architecture, Damien Wright, ACV Studio, Liane Rossler, Elliat Rich, Fiona Lynch, Matt Woods, Flack Studio, Ross Gardam, Tom Fereday, Vert Design, March Studio, Nicole Lawrence, James Lemon and many others.
