This panel discussion explores the concept of slow design as it relates to creating hospitality brands with enduring appeal. Focusing on the holistic experience, the conversation will delve into how authentic storytelling is shared through menu, culinary style, ingredients, service, naming, signage, uniforms, music and even dish names, to build institutions that resonate. This event highlights shared experiences and reveal the role of time, patience, and intention in designing hospitality brands for longevity.

Hospitality by Design, Time & Intention is a part of Slow: a research project that examines the impact of time in creating design that has ongoing relevance.
