Does It Make A Difference

One piece on show for the afternoon at the Better Building Exchange in Brunswick. The piece questions, does a new building with new materials and products make a difference? Will they just be replaced with the next new material and product? Or will any consumption still leave us with the problem we have of overconsumption?
